As our Digital Media Coordinator, you will serve as the driving force behind the Digital Media team, playing a crucial role in our hybrid model that integrates both in-house initiatives and agency collaboration. In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for the development, execution, and reporting of a wide variety of digital media campaigns aimed at promoting our core brands.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and implement innovative strategies that resonate with our target audiences. Your expertise will be essential in analyzing campaign performance, optimizing efforts based on data insights, and ensuring that our digital presence effectively supports our overall marketing objectives.

In addition, you will stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital media, allowing you to bring fresh ideas to the table. Your role will not only involve executing campaigns but also actively contributing to the strategic planning process, making you an integral part of our mission to enhance brand visibility and engagement in the digital landscape.

Where and how you can work.
The position is based in Brisbane, Australia, and we have offices in Darwin, Sydney, Brisbane, Auckland, and Wellington. At Entain AUS & NZ, we value a flexible work environment and support a hybrid working model, with employees spending two days a week at the office (Tuesdays & Thursdays), ensuring work-life balance and individual preferences. This role is due to start in January.

Your day-to-day...

  • Work closely within the Digital Media team to diligently setup and execute key media campaigns across the year.
  • Liaise with various publishers on a regular basis to ensure campaign requirements are met and delivered accordingly. 
  • Collaborate with Brand & Digital leads to execute material instructions ensuring full compliance at all times with Responsible Gambling messaging and other state related requirement.
  • Analyse and report on various Digital Marketing campaigns across several metrics and KPI’s.
  • Collaborate with our Brand and Design team to create key marketing materials that best fit channel implementation

What you’ll bring...

  • Prior experience within a Marketing setting (Digital and/or Agency) is essential.
  • Experience using Google’s Marketing Platform - CM360 & DV360 specifically, knowledgeable in campaign setup, creative trafficking and reporting (required).
  • Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • An interest in sports and/or wagering is desired, but not necessary.
