The Digital Optimization & CRM Manager will leverage data analysis, artist/song/channel optimization, and data marketing strategies to enhance performance, user experience, and conversion rates. This role also focuses on driving traffic and engagement through various online channels.
Content Optimization:
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
User Experience Enhancement:
Data Analysis: Analyze user data, including web analytics, user feedback, and customer behavior, to identify optimization opportunities.
Personalization: Implement personalization strategies and CRM to deliver tailored content and experiences to different fan segments.
Reporting and Insights: Monitor and generate weekly reports on optimization efforts, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
