The Digital Producer at BOT VFX will act as a crucial bridge between Line Producers, VFX Producers, and Revenue-Generating Teams. This role involves managing awarded projects, overseeing scheduling, and ensuring efficient shot production on the floor. The Digital Producer will collaborate with supervisors and LPs to keep complex VFX projects on track, participating in show scrums, client calls, and production meetings. They will also assist in bidding and project estimates, act as a liaison between departments, and support VFX producers and LPs on complex shows. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure timely deliveries and quality control.

Must have:

Proven experience in digital production or a related field.
Strong understanding of VFX pipelines and production schedules.
Experience working in fast-paced VFX production environments.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams.
Experience handling client communications and project coordination.
Proficiency in production management tools and software.

Good to have:

Background in film, animation, or VFX production.
Experience in bidding and cost estimation for VFX projects.
Familiarity with Agile workflows and production methodologies.

POSITION SUMMARY

BOT VFX is seeking a Digital Producer to act as a crucial bridge between Line Producers (LPs), VFX Producers, and the Revenue-Generating Teams. This role is dedicated to managing awarded projects, overseeing scheduling, and ensuring efficient shot production on the floor. The Digital Producer will collaborate closely with supervisors and LPs to keep complex VFX projects on track. This role reports to the Executive Producer

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as an on-site production lead, ensuring seamless communication between producers, LPs, and the production floor.
Assist Line Producers and VFX Producers in managing awarded projects, ensuring timely deliveries and quality control.
Oversee scheduling, shot production, and workflow coordination with supervisors and production teams.
Participate in show scrums, client calls, and production meetings to align on goals and expectations.
Work alongside supervisors and Line Producers in bidding and project estimates.
Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure smooth production processes and address challenges proactively.
Provide critical support for VFX producers and LPs on complex shows, maintaining efficiency and workflow optimization.

Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience in digital production, VFX production, or a related field.
Strong understanding of VFX pipelines, production schedules, and workflow methodologies.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure VFX production environments.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
