We are seeking a Digital Product Designer to join our Ramsey Education Team! In this role, you will have the opportunity to design a product that provides life changing education to high school students across the United States!
What Winning Looks Like:
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions, ensuring a user-centered approach throughout the product lifecycle
- Create high-quality UI designs, from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and creative team members to ensure designs meet business goals and user needs, fostering a collaborative team environment
- Maintain organized design documentation, including design specifications and guidelines, to ensure clarity and consistency across the product.
- Keep up with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance design skills and contribute innovative ideas to the team
Skills Needed to Win:
- 1-2 years of designing with Figma across multiple platforms such as mobile, web, iOS, Android, etc.
- 2 years of digital product design experience with software in a B2B or B2C external facing role communicating with the end user
- 2 years of experience working in a collaborative environment with product managers, software engineers, and designers
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present research, ideas, wireframes, tests results, and prototype designs clearly
