Job Description

The Digital Project Specialist is responsible for managing and implementing client projects in Asana. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication to coordinate cross-functional teams and keep projects on track. The specialist will develop project timelines, monitor progress, communicate deadlines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. They will also streamline workflows, serve as the primary point of contact, facilitate meetings, generate status reports, provide data-driven insights, and track project success metrics. They will collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth project execution and keep projects on schedule.
Must have:
  • Manage client projects within Asana

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • 2 years experience in Customer Service and Account Management

Job Summary

The Digital Project Specialist is responsible for managing and implementing client projects in Asana, ensuring clear deliverables, maintaining timelines, and driving seamless execution. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication to coordinate cross-functional teams and keep projects on track. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at process optimization, and ensures a high level of service and efficiency in project execution.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

 

  • Own and manage client projects within Asana, ensuring tasks are clearly defined, assigned, and tracked.
  • Develop detailed project timelines and milestones to maintain alignment with client goals.
  • Monitor progress, proactively identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule.
  • Ensure clear communication of deadlines, priorities, and expectations to all stakeholders.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with client expectations.
  • Streamline workflows by improving project documentation, task tracking, and reporting.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, status reports, and escalations.
  • Facilitate internal and external meetings, ensuring action items and next steps are clearly documented and executed.
  • Collaborate with account managers, designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
  • Generate weekly project status reports, highlighting key milestones, blockers, and next steps.
  • Provide data-driven insights to improve project efficiency and team performance.
  • Track and analyze project success metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Commented Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality execution.
  • Experience in client-facing roles, ensuring clear and proactive communication.
  • Proficiency in project documentation and process optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts with attention to detail and prioritization skills.
  • Strong email communication proficiency, with excellent English written skills (for working with US clients).
  • 2 Years experience in Customer Service and Account Management, especially in digital environments.
  • Strong expertise in Asana for task management and project tracking.
  • Basic understanding of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) and ability to interpret data.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools for project tracking.
