The Digital Sales Executive at Coupa is an Inside Sales Representative responsible for driving new business and account development, targeting C-level and director-level contacts through outbound prospecting and lead generation. They partner with field sales to implement strategies for pipeline growth, providing accurate forecasts and meeting sales objectives. This role involves demonstrating in-depth knowledge of Coupa’s product line, conducting product demos, and managing opportunities independently, orchestrating deals up to a certain value and collaborating with Account Executives. The candidate will also support data quality and customer events, ensuring effective lead qualification and opportunity conversion.
Must have:
  • Proven success in meeting/exceeding lead generation and sales objectives
  • Experience engaging with CXO-level contacts and developing new accounts
  • Highly motivated and results-driven, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills

What You'll Do:

  • Drive new business and account development, targeting C-level and director-level contacts through outbound prospecting and lead generation.
  • Partner with field sales to implement strategies for pipeline growth, providing accurate forecasts and meeting sales objectives.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Coupa’s product line and value proposition, conducting product demos and guided tours for customers and prospects.
  • Manage opportunities independently, orchestrating deals up to an ACV value of $75k and collaborating with AEs to build greenfield and territory accounts.
  • Support data quality and customer events, ensuring effective lead qualification, opportunity conversion, and attendance at key industry events.

What You Will Bring to Coupa:

  • Proven success in meeting/exceeding lead generation and sales objectives, with 2+ years of inside sales software experience.
  • Experience engaging with CXO-level contacts and developing new accounts.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven, with excellent interpersonal skills, energy, and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, disciplined in maintaining high call volumes and CRM usage (Salesforce.com or similar).
  • Bachelor’s degree required, with a self-starter attitude and commitment to achieving sales goals.
