This role focuses on direct sales to customers through inbound and outbound calls, live chat, and marketing qualified leads (MQLs) to achieve quarterly targets. The Digital Sales Representative will interact with clients from various industries and levels within a specific geographical market. They will be responsible for developing and closing orders, emphasizing building long-lasting customer relationships. This is a target-based role with incentives and a compensation plan. The role is hybrid, requiring some presence in the Costa Rica office and requires fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Position Overview

Focus on selling directly to customers from inbound calls, outbound, live chat and MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) to achieve quarterly targets. Interact with clients of all levels, in multiple industries, across a certain geographical market. You will be responsible for quickly developing and transacting orders with a growing emphasis on nurturing long-lasting relationships between customers and Autodesk. When more specialized discovery and more in-depth sales activities are needed, opportunities will be qualified and then transferred. This is a target-based role with great incentives and a compensation plan. You will be to start with a team based in Costa Rica and US and you will report to Business Development Manager. This role is a hybrid role with some presence expected in our Costa Rica office. This position requires English, Spanish and Portuguese speaking languages.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and transact business directly with customers from inbound (hotline), outbound calls and live chat with the help of leads
  • Identify customer type/need early in the discussion to route i.e. Direct & Territory
  • Create, build, close, and transact a qualified pipeline of customers
  • Qualify and map partners, business processes, and technical requirements on deals.
  • Create additional revenue opportunities by applying incremental programs/promos or projects initiated by sales management
  • Manage a database of leads using Salesforce, processing all opportunities, tracking, reporting, and maintaining to close.
  • You will balance multiple sales opportunities among outbound calls, inbound calls, live chat.
  • Navigate Autodesk resources to accommodate the needs of customers
  • Represent Autodesk is a positive manner
     

Minimum Qualifications

  • Passion for sales
  • Native Spanish and advanced level of English and Portuguese
  • Outbound, inbound call and chat experience
  • Experience closing business directly using appropriate tools/systems
  • Familiarity with sales processes and certain selling methodologies
  • Experience managing difficult situations while remaining upbeat
  • Experience with balancing multiple sales opportunities
  • Instinct for innovation
  • Experience digging into prospects' pain points and validating the issues they're facing within sales and sales support to facilitate a better customer experience
  • Experience owning a complete sales cycle from lead generation to close
