Digital Transformation Consultant

To fuel our growth and amplify the impact of our Strategy Consulting team, we are searching for a Digital Transformation Consultant.

Your Responsibilities: 

As a Digital Transformation Consultant, you will:

  • Lead digital transformation initiatives for corporate and public organisations, providing in-depth analyses and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Partner with senior strategists and engage in high-level discussions with C-suite clients, blending creativity, strategic thinking, and industry expertise to solve complex challenges.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of projects across industries, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, resources, and budget while maintaining high delivery standards.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, guiding them in selecting, integrating, and adopting digital solutions with broad organisational impact.
  • Establish governance frameworks to manage stakeholders, mitigate risks, and align expectations across all project phases.
  • Define project scope, conduct risk assessments, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery by coordinating the right expertise at the right time.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure compliance with organizational needs and IT infrastructure, fostering alignment and shared ownership across departments.
  • Act as a unifying force, bridging gaps between teams and driving collaboration to achieve shared goals and long-term success.

Who you are?

You are:

  • Adaptable and proactive: Curious, flexible, and eager to take initiative.
  • Holding one of the following degrees: Hold a Master’s degree in Economics, Business Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, an MBA or equivalent.
  • Experienced: Have 2–3 years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, or in-house strategy teams.
  • Skilled in project management: Capable of structuring, planning, and delivering client-ready work with strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented yet strategic: Maintain a high-level overview while paying attention to details.
  • strong in problem-solving: Analytical, resourceful, and composed in challenging situations.
  • Technologically curious: Passionate about learning and exploring new technologies.
  • Commercially savvy: Possesses strong market awareness and business acumen.
  • Multilingual: Fluent in English and Dutch, French is a plus.
  • Mobile: Comfortable working on-site, from our offices, or remotely.
