Job Description  

As the Design Team, we are on to build one customer experience for our users across all touchpoints, digital or physical. We are able to achieve this by integrating multiple functions of visual design on product, brand marketing design and communication. We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to design engaging app banners, eye-catching marketing creatives, and impactful brand campaigns within the app. This role requires a keen eye for aesthetics, a passion for visual storytelling, strategic thinking, solid understanding of user interface and the ability to deliver visually compelling designs that align with our brand objectives.

Skillset

• 3+ years of experience

• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design/Visual Communication/Commercial Art.

• Portfolio that demonstrates your best work in Digital & Graphic Design. Motion Graphic knowledge will be a plus.

• Strong communication, collaboration and creative problem-solving skills to effectively articulate and justify creative decisions.

• Advanced proficiency in visual design software, such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Adobe Premier, Final Cut Pro, Blender 3d are a plus. Ensures upskilling on latest tech and softwares.

• Up-to-date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging creative technologies to continuously deliver innovative solutions.

• You would be someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment following a rapid iterative design approach, where the only thing constant is change.

Role and Responsibilities

• Create innovative, cohesive and visually stunning artworks. Responsible for delivering digital marketing assets, In-app visual design assets & CRM campaigns.

• Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brand’s style or voice through its visual touchpoints.

• Able to break down briefs, research on the category/product, come up with insights and create comms/creative content that resonates with the target audience.

• Work closely with Product Designers and Marketing teams to ensure the digital assets are in line with the business and product requirements.

• You will collaborate with product designers & engineers across all of our product surfaces.
