The Business Marketing Insights team at Meta is seeking a leader to harness and translate strategic insights into actionable marketing plans. This role will help enable the growth of the organization, support marketing/product strategy development, optimize marketing performance, refine audience approaches, and ultimately create more value for advertisers around the world. The ideal candidate is a marketing research expert with proven hands-on experience and a deep knowledge of B2B marketing and advertising solutions. Responsibilities include:
- Partnering with marketing, comms and product organizations to understand customer needs and product use cases.
- Defining product positioning, developing audience understanding, and shaping marketing strategies.
- Operating as a full-stack partner across planning, execution, and measurement/optimization to maximize the ROI of investments.
- Communicating effectively and strategically with stakeholders at all levels of the business. This role requires travel up to 20% of the time.
Good To Have:- 5+ years experience in Business Marketing
- Depth knowledge on how to build/implement effective and scalable marketing programs targeting B2B audiences
- International experience across APAC, EMEA or LATAM
Must Have:- 12+ years experience leading marketing or product research teams
- Expertise leading insights-driven marketing campaigns/product launches
- Depth knowledge of Large Advertiser, Agency and Small Business audiences
- Problem-solving and experience to quickly move from blank state to well-defined problem
