Join us in shaping the future of technology and make a significant impact on our global operations.Position Overview:The Director and Head of IT infrastructure will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's technology infrastructure. This role requires a strategic leader who can ensure that our IT infrastructure is robust, secure, and efficiently supports our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:* Oversee the design, implementation, and management of cloud services, on-premises computer and storage, and data center operations.* Lead High-Performance Computing (HPC) initiatives, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.* Manage network and telecommunications infrastructure, ensuring reliability and performance.* Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to optimize the performance and functionality of IT infrastructure.* Implement and manage a suite of engineering tools and services to support the product development and operations teams.* Ensure the availability and scalability of development, testing, and deployment environments.* Lead the adoption of DevOps practices and tools to enhance collaboration and efficiency.* Bring M and A experience to lead efforts for system divestiture, ensuring seamless alignment of systems and processes.* Provide thought leadership in evaluating emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.* Collaborate with business leaders to understand requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and align technology solutions with business goals.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.* Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT management, with at least 8 years in a leadership role.* Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, engineering tools and services* Strong knowledge of Azure, cloud computing, network management, and data center operations.* Strong knowledge in cybersecurity frameworks and risk management.* Strong understanding of High-Tech industry processes and business requirements.* Experience in leading and managing a diverse and global IT team.* Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.* Proven track record of implementing innovative technology solutions that drive business value.* M and A knowledge will be a plus.
