Reddit’s People and Culture (P&C) team is seeking a seasoned Global Consumer Product & Engineering HR thought leader with a practical approach to problem solving, to proactively collaborate with leaders to help our business achieve its full potential. Reporting to the Sr. Director, HRBP, and skip-reporting to Reddit’s Chief People & Culture Officer, you’ll lead a cross-functional Consumer Product & Engineering HRBP team and serve as the direct HRBP for our Chief Product Officer. At Reddit, all HRBPs play a critical role in deepening connections between P&C strategy and business success.
