What You’ll Do:
- As the leader in this domain, you will spearhead efforts to identify cutting-edge tools and technologies that enhance the experience for both their authors and consumers.
- Net-new position responsible for shaping and executing Inkitt's AI strategy
- Recruit and inspire a team of AI professionals aligned on a singular goal of using cutting-edge technology to entertain
- Continually surface new opportunities to harness the rapid evolution of LLMs, Generative AI and other emerging tools
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to integrate AI-powered experiences into our consumer applications
- Oversee the data management strategy, ensuring the quality and accessibility of data for AI applications
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the AI team
- Establish thought leadership by deep industry participation via networking, speaking engagements and publications
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI practices and data privacy regulations
What You'll Bring:
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and growing AI teams
- Expertise in Generative AI as well as traditional Machine Learning and Engineering
- Combination of deep technical skills and business savvy to interface with all stakeholders directly
- Values "time to impact" and is oriented towards delivering on an (MVP) with a mindset of iterative improvement
- Product-minded individual who comprehensively understands how to leverage a platform approach to AI implementation, strategically aligning technology with business objectives to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the user experience
- Passion for innovation and a deep understanding of the digital media landscape
