Job Description

As Director of Consultant Relations, you will manage and enhance relationships within the consulting and brokerage community, ensuring strategic alignment with market influencers. You will collaborate with internal teams like Partnerships, Sales, and Product to align priorities. Your responsibilities include educating industry consultants on digital MSK therapy solutions and building relationships with key contacts. You'll also facilitate meetings, coordinate events, and provide forecasts. This role requires proactive communication and relationship management to drive sales opportunities and build brand awareness.

Introduction:

In this high-impact role, you'll take charge of managing and enhancing our relationships within the consulting and brokerage community. Collaborating closely with Partnerships and Sales leadership and internal departments, you'll ensure our strategic priorities align with market influencer insights while maintaining a strong and consistent messaging strategy. Your expertise will also play a crucial role in educating industry consultants on our cutting-edge digital MSK therapy solutions, utilizing various communication channels.



What you'll be doing:
  • Drives Sword’s relationships with key contacts in the WTW brokerage community to ensure a strong preference and comprehensive understanding about our solutions and capability 
  • Collaborates with key groups at Sword (product, marketing, sales, account management) to ensure our priorities are informed by needs and priorities expressed by market influencers 
  • Partners closely with Sales and Customer Success to ensure consistency of message across various touch-points and assist RVPs in sourcing early stage opportunities associated with owned accounts 
  • Educates WTW consultants on our digital MSK therapy solution through response to leads, direct outbound contact, social media, face-to-face/web demonstrations, lunch & learns, and email campaigns
  • Document, map, and cultivate key contacts and offices within WTW
  • Articulate Sword differentiators and value prop in general, and when appropriate, on employer-specific opportunities
  • Maximize the value of Sword participation in various WTW-specific vendor management initiatives.
  • Facilitate periodic top-to-top meetings to discuss trends, successes, and opportunities to grow together with WTW
  • Facilitate annual cycle of meetings to further relationships and build understanding of Sword solutions and capabilities
  • Coordinate Sword participation in events sponsored by WTW which further our mutual business opportunities
  • Build pipeline of qualified opportunities for designated markets
  • Provide regular, accurate forecasts and update lead status using Salesforce.com
  • Manage our Salesforce.com database for WTW


What you need to have:
  • Has 6+ years of experience interfacing with major benefits consulting firms, and specific experience working with/for WTW
  • Strong sales and prospecting prowess. This role requires creating new and perpetuating existing relationships in order to generate sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrated experience in rapport building, business development and pipeline generation.
  • Excellent presentation skillsIs a hard working, self-motivated person with an itch to be a part of an emerging AI med-tech startupIs intellectually curious with sophisticated communication skills
  • Has demonstrated the ability to learn complex enterprise software solutions and use that knowledge to sell to prospects
  • Has experience with Salesforce or similar CRM

$129,586 - $195,586 a year
Base: $105,000 - $165,000
Variable: $10,500 - $16,500
Net equity value per year: $14,086

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary and any potential variable, bonus or sales incentives, and the Company’s estimation of the value of private company stock options, if applicable. The pay range is subject to change, future value of company stock options is not guaranteed, and compensation may be modified in the future.
