Director of Enterprise Systems

• Serve as a trusted advisor and backup to the CIO while leading and coaching a team of product owners, analysts, and solution support resources.
• Champion a culture of strategic delivery over reactive support, establishing formal change management and business process governance practices.
• Oversee product strategy, operations, and modernization for: NetSuite ERP, HRIS/Payroll, Legacy iSeries Systems, Middleware, Data Governance, and BI.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with business stakeholders and SMEs while serving as the escalation point for enterprise system needs, roadmap planning, and prioritization.
• Evaluate new vendors/solutions and directly manage vendor relationships, SOWs, roadmaps, and approve/track ongoing vendor work against the maintenance backlog.
• Coordinate priorities and resources with other IT Directors and the PMO to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Ensure data flows, integration points, and shared platform touchpoints are governed and optimized.

• 8+ years of experience in IT leadership roles with a focus on ERP, HRIS, or enterprise platforms.
• Proven success with NetSuite, UKG, or similar enterprise systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and transforming operational workflows.
• Strong knowledge of business process mapping, change management, and agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with vendor management, contracts, and budgeting.
• Ability to coach team members and collaborate across departments and levels.
• Experience with middleware, business intelligence platforms, and data management.
• Background in live events, entertainment, consumer products, or supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with legacy systems and sunset planning.
• Must possess strategic thinking skills, cross-functional leadership skills, and strong communication and influencing skills.
• Proficient with business process management and vendor & partner management.

International Touring Personnel
