NiCE is seeking a Sales Director for Mexico to lead sales territory efforts and achieve corporate sales goals, including revenue, hiring, and managed growth. This role involves developing new sales strategies and overseeing a team of 4 regional account executives. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, recruiting and managing the sales department, providing leadership through coaching and performance management, sales forecasting, negotiating contracts, developing messaging with lead generation, increasing pipeline through campaigns, managing objections, maintaining product knowledge, creating new revenue opportunities, building collaborative teams, and assisting with national account closures. The role requires approximately 50% travel.
Must have:
  • 12+ years combined sales experience

So, what’s the role all about?

The Sales Director's primary focus is aimed at leading a defined sales territory effort to meet the corporate sales goals. These goals include revenue, hiring and managed growth from the sales team. This position develops new sales strategies and teaches the assigned sales team to implement. You will be responsible for 4 regional account executives across Mexico.

How will you make an impact?  

  • Sales goals by achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Responsible for recruiting, hiring and firing for the department.
  • Provide leadership to individuals on team(s) through coaching, feedback, development goals, and performance management.
  • Sales Forecasting.
  • Negotiate profitable contracts, terms and conditions.
  • Develop unified messaging with lead generation team.
  • Increase pipeline through demand generation and targeted campaigns.
  • Manage/overcome prospect objections.
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of NiCE product lines.
  • Create new revenue opportunities with focus on driving business to close in new and existing accounts.
  • Build collaborative inside and field teams with strategies for sales execution.
  • Assist with sale and closure of national house accounts.
  • Travel 50%

  • Excellent Customer facing skills.

You will have an advantage if you also have:

  • Experience/knowledge of CCaaS, CX, and Conversational AI solutions.
  • Experience/knowledge selling a full suite of SaaS products.
