Profile:
Our Manager / Senior Manager of Solution Architecture will straddle the line between customer deployments and product management. On one hand, they will work directly with customers to understand the business drivers and translate those needs into the configuration of our product. They will understand the complex trade-offs between business value and backend complexity. On the other hand, they will help guide the product architecture and requirements to develop a highly scalable, efficiently delivered, and highly valuable software suite. This challenging role will be key in growing our company 10X as we deliver the full suite of analytics and execution software that enables the top retailers in the world to compete in an omnichannel, highly dynamic world

What you’ll do: 

• You will work directly with clients to understand their value drivers and the deployment process of our software. You will drive high-quality, on-time, on-scope deployments while carefully balancing value and complexity 
• You will have a deep understanding of the product architecture and feature roadmap, and be able to translate client needs into a software solution 
•  You will develop processes and product changes to drive efficient and high-quality delivery so that this company can continue its rapid growth
• You will manage either directly or indirectly a cross-functional team to deliver projects and improvements in our product

What you need to succeed :

• High ownership: You are the point-person responsible for pulling together the team, escalating issues, and delivering the project on time and with quality • 10+ years’ experience in software development AND technical implementations 
• MUST HAVE: Key competencies include excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in managing and building a team of technical consultants 
• Strong in SQL and ETL. Programming and scripting skills are strongly preferred 
• Should be hands-on, and willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done 
• Should be excellent at gathering business requirements from the client’s IT team and coordinating with different teams for implementation 
• Should be great at managing client expectations and project management
• Must be willing to travel up to 30%
