The ideal candidate possesses 15+ years' experience in a similar multinational role, with 5+ years in management, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and deep understanding of physical security network architecture.

Job Details

NVIDIA is looking for a hardworking Director of Security Systems & Technology with global experience to own the enterprise-wide physical security systems and technology program. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Responsible for all aspects of physical security systems and technology, including the design, configuration, installation, integration, maintenance, and administration of systems, platforms, and applications across the globe

  • Lead and develop the Global Security Systems & Technology (GSST) team, which is located across multiple global regions

  • Maintain the functionality and integrity of access control management, video surveillance, intrusion detection, communication, alarm monitoring, and Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) systems and platforms

  • Establish relationships, credibility, objectivity, and respect across all parts of the business and with fellow company leaders to ensure an effective program

  • Develop and maintain corporate security policies, procedures, and standards that ensure NVIDIA’s compliance with various U.S. Government requirements and industry standards

  • Lead all security technology related assessments, self-inspections, violation investigations and reports to ensure site and corporate physical security technology standards are maintained

  • Oversee all physical security contracts and requirements with security vendors, business partners, and third parties

  • Deliver on key projects and monitor business acquisitions

  • Explore new technologies and drive the overall strategy

  • Curate relationships with industry peers, vendors, and key public agencies worldwide to keep ahead of industry threats and technology advancements

What We Need To See:

  • Bachelor of Science degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer or Electrical Engineering, or related field of study

  • 15+ overall years in a similar role within a multinational corporation and 5+ years of management experience

  • Industry standard methodologies and metrics defining operational excellence

  • Detailed knowledge of physical security network architecture

  • Operations of critical environments (i.e., datacenters)

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Validated decision-making and discernment skills

  • Effective communications with ability to influence senior leadership

  • Understands differences in standards and culture across geographies

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd:

  • Graduate degree in a related field of study

  • Deep understanding of systems integration and new technologies

  • Experience with industrial security requirements and risk management frameworks

  • Advanced training and industry recognized certification (CISSP, PSP, PMP, etc.)

The base salary range is 268,000 USD - 408,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
