Summary

About The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director/Senior Director, Corporate Marketing and Communications to lead the development and execution of our organization's corporate marketing and communication strategies. This role reports directly to the Chief Strategy Officer and will work closely with the CEO and Executive Committee. Importantly, this role will lead the launch of a new product offering called “Click SE™” to support the development of software-enhanced drug™ therapies on behalf of our pharmaceutical partners. Given the new FDA draft guidance on prescription drug use-related software (PDURS), Click is uniquely situated to create new dosage forms of drugs that include therapeutic software. This launch is a key corporate focus of 2025 and will require creativity, strategic thinking and persistence to both create the market and make awareness of it commonplace among our target audiences. The ideal candidate will be an innovator with a track record of success in launching new brands, building brand awareness, generating inbound interest, and driving business growth. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

This position is based out of Click’s headquarters located in Tribeca, NYC, at the center of one of the fastest-growing digital health communities. We have a hybrid working model that consists of at least 3 days in office each week.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Corporate-level Brand Launch:
    • Shape the market for any new corporate-level service and product offerings or corporate branding being launched by Click.
    • Generate collateral and materials conveying the value of the new offerings/brand and ensure their effective distribution to target audiences.
    • Translate the launch of the new brand into follow-through business value by generating inbound interest.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive corporate marketing and communication plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
    • As needed, conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for corporate marketing and communication and monitor campaign effectiveness to optimize ROI.
  • Brand Management:
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all channels and platforms, internally and externally.
    • Develop and execute brand-building initiatives to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
    • Manage brand guidelines and assets to maintain brand integrity, including training colleagues and establishing sustainable processes.
  • Marketing Execution:
    • Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, events, and public relations.
    • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute marketing campaigns.
  • Communications:
    • Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies.
    • Manage media relations and public relations activities.
    • Oversee the creation and distribution of press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
    • Manage crisis communication and reputation management.
    • Collaborate with medical, legal and regulatory to ensure compliance of communications.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of marketing and communication professionals, including selecting and supervising an agency of record.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve individual and team goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing and communications, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing and communication strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and public relations.
  • Experience in marketing and communications in the pharmaceutical and digital health industries, including familiarity with applicable regulations and industry best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing budgets and resources.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM software.

Compensation:

The base salary range for this position is between: $170,000 - $230,000. The final base salary will be dependent upon skills, experience and location. In addition to the base salary, Click Therapeutics offers an annual performance-based cash bonus and a generous equity package.
