As a director of distribution and planning production for the HIMEHINA official YouTube channel, you will be in charge of planning and production work for programs while interacting with producers and team members. Responsibilities include: Planning and creating video and live broadcast programs, creating scripts, managing production progress, coordinating with related departments, directing videos and live broadcasts, floor directing, announcing and advertising, offline editing of planned videos, and budget/KPI management. This role requires a passion for HIMEHINA and a desire to contribute to their success. The ideal candidate will have experience in program planning, direction, or scriptwriting.
