Job Description

As a director of distribution and planning/production for HIMEHINA's official YouTube channel, you will be in charge of planning and production of programs, interacting with producers and team members. Responsibilities include planning and creating video and live broadcast programs, creating scripts, managing program production progress, coordinating with related departments, directing video and live broadcast programs, floor directing, announcements, and offline editing of planned videos. The ideal candidate will have experience in these areas but it is not required. A desire to contribute to the success of HIMEHINA is essential. This position aims for director status in the future.

Good To Have:

Dance experience.
Skill using Adobe software (Photoshop, Premiere, etc.).
Knowledge and experience of distribution equipment (even for personal use).
Experience using OBS (even for personal use).

Must Have:

Experience in program planning (TV/web programs etc.).
Experience in program direction.
Experience in creating scripts.

HIMEHINAの公式YouTubeチャンネルで制作する配信企画のディレクターとして、プロデューサーやチームメンバーとやり取りをしながら番組の企画・制作業務を担当していただきます。

【想定している業務】
・動画や生放送番組の企画立案
・動画や生放送番組の構成台本の作成
・番組制作の進行管理、関係部署折衝
・動画・生放送番組のディレクション
・動画・生放送番組のフロアディレクター
・告知、宣伝に関する業務
・企画動画のオフライン編集
・予算/KPI管理

上記一連のご経験がある方が理想ですが、業務内容の中でご経験が無いものがあっても問題ございません。

必須スキル

・番組企画の実務経験（テレビ/WEB番組など）
・番組のディレクションの実務経験
・構成台本制作の実務経験

・配信機材の知識・使用経験（個人でも可）
・OBSの使用経験（個人でも可）
