Job Description

The Divisional Sales Manager will lead a team of Account Executives and Senior Managers in regional networks and associative channels. This role involves building strategic relationships with senior managers and directors, leading and structuring strategic meetings like Joint Business Planning (JBP) and channel reviews. The manager will be responsible for divisional results, including sales growth, customer portfolio expansion, and maximizing sell-in and sell-out in strategic accounts. Key responsibilities include analyzing divisional results, diagnosing trends using productivity tools and reports, conducting SWOT analysis, and developing action plans. The role also requires supporting the team in leading strategic meetings with clients and internal stakeholders, and acting as a sales leadership reference, adept at managing complex issues such as margin, timelines, and strategic planning, while influencing related departments like Category Management and Trade Marketing.

Gerente Divisional
 

Garantir a liderança estratégica e inspiradora direta com sua equipe de Gerentes e Executivos de Contas de Redes Regionais e Associativismo. liderando e construindo reuniões estratégicas (JBP, revisão de canal) com relação direta com gerentes seniores e diretores de áreas pares:


Principais responsabilidades:  

  • Gerir e liderar uma equipe de Executivos e Gerentes Seniores de alta performance, construindo uma visão estratégica do canal e garantindo sua implementação.
  • Ser responsável pelos resultados de uma divisão abrangente para o negócio, incluindo o aumento das vendas em mercados com oportunidades, a expansão da carteira de clientes e a maximização do sell in e sell out em contas estratégicas.
  • Realizar mensalmente a análise de todos os resultados da estrutura divisional de cada regional, diagnosticando tendências através da interpretação das ferramentas e relatórios de produtividade disponíveis, bem como realizar analise SWOT e construir planos de ação;
  • Supotar o time para que eles liderem e estruturem reuniões estratégicas (Joint Business Planning, revisão de canal) com níveis seniores (diretores e executivos) tanto do cliente quanto internos, proporcionando discussões estratégicas essenciais para o desenvolvimento do negócio;
  • Ser uma referência em liderança de vendas dentro da organização, lidando com problemas complexos (como margem, prazo e planejamento estratégico) e demonstrando a capacidade de influenciar e liderar por influência gerentes seniores de áreas correlatas (como Gerenciamento de Categoria, Trade Marketing e Execução Comercial)
