Job Description

The DIY Marketing Campaign Manager will be responsible for coordinating and executing marketing campaigns for various product lines, including PC cooling, power supplies, cases, furniture, memory, and storage. This includes managing campaign timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve business objectives. They will monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, generate reports, and provide data-driven insights. Collaboration with sales and creative teams will be essential. They need to present strategies and results to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in campaign management within the PC hardware industry.
Must have:
  • 3+ years of campaign management experience.
  • Experience with LLM-powered AI marketing tools.
  • Proven multi-channel campaign experience.
  • Proficiency in campaign tools and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of PC hardware market.
Good to have:
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with B2B and B2C marketing.
  • Background in gaming or hardware marketing.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate, plan, and execute marketing campaigns for multiple product lines, including PC cooling, power supplies, cases, furniture, memory, and storage.  
  • Maintain campaign calendar and communicate changes across marketing and sales teams, coordinating with sales feedback on channel promotions. 
  • Own campaign timelines and drive cross-functional teams to meet deadlines. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing strategies. 
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources to meet business objectives. 
  • Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics such as conversion rates, engagement, and ROI. 
  • Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaign elements, including creative assets, messaging, and targeting strategies. 
  • Generate reports and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders. 
  • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with lead generation and revenue goals. 
  • Coordinate with creative teams to ensure branding and messaging consistency across campaigns. 
  • Present campaign strategies and results to senior leadership and key stakeholders. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience in campaign management, preferably within the PC hardware industry.  
  • Experience utilizing and/or building custom LLM-powered AI marketing tools. 
  • Proven experience running multi-channel campaigns with measurable results. 
  • Proficiency in campaign tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.) 
  • Strong understanding of the PC hardware market and gamer/enthusiast communities. 
  • Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills. 

 

Preferred Skills 

  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills and ability to coordinate with teams in multiple time zones.  
  • Familiarity with B2B and B2C marketing approaches. 
  • Background in gaming, content creation, or hardware product marketing a plus. 
  • English fluency required.
