Job Summary

Job Description

The Document Control Assistant will primarily assist with Omnify uploads of documentation in the Corsair PLM tool, provide Oracle data entry as needed, and maintain data integrity between Corsair's various systems (including Smartsheets). Responsibilities include supporting P/N creation, assisting internal/external customers with document creation, review, release, and retraction, providing PLM system training, and assisting analysts with DCO processing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, possesses strong problem-solving and time management skills, and is proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel. Experience with new applications is also required.

Must have:

Job Description

General Purpose:

Assist with Omnify upload of documentation in the Corsair PLM tool.
Provide Oracle data entry on an as needed basis.
Support data integrity between the tools used at Corsair.
Maintain data in various Smartsheets.

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

Assist with P/N creation
Support internal and external customers with creating, reviewing, releasing, and retracting documents.
Provide training to other members of the Corsair Organization on the PLM system.
Assist Analysts with DCO processing.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Must be detail oriented and organized
Must have good problem-solving skills
Must have good time management skills
Must have general MS Office skills, especially with Word and Excel
Must have computer experience with ability to learn new applications
