This is a dual apprenticeship/practice-oriented dual study program in Mechanical Engineering in Prüm, starting August 1st, 2025. The program offers two options: a 3.5-year program (DHBW Mannheim/Hochschule Trier) or a 4.5-year program including an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (Bebiz Prüm) or technical product designer (BBS Trier) before university. The program includes mechanical design using CAD, creating technical drawings and documentation, practical work, supporting production plant commissioning, and insights into project and quality management. Strong integration into current projects and assembly teams is a key feature.
