N-iX is seeking a Dynamics 365 Business Central Technical Lead to join their team. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading technical streams, driving readiness of non-functional requirements, identifying potential improvements and opportunities. Key responsibilities include: driving design or providing architectural support, acting as the primary technical contact point, elaborating on system quality attributes, leading the application development team, and mentoring team members. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central, 2+ years of experience as a Technical Lead or Architect, and a proven track record of building architectures from scratch. Experience with the infrastructure of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
Must have:
- 5+ years of development experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central
- 2+ years of experience as an Technical Lead or Architect
- Proven experience of building architecture from scratch
- Experience with infrastructure of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Experience with integration Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Excellent problem-solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

As a Technical Lead, you will work with multiple work streams and stakeholders to lead the technical streams, drive readiness of non-functional requirements, identify potential improvements and opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the design or perform long-term architectural project support, acting as the primary technical contact point and decision-maker for the development team.
- Elaborate on system quality attributes such as performance, scalability, security, deployment, and maintainability.
- Lead application development team to implement the product guided by the defined architecture vision.
- Mentor team members through code reviews, documentation, etc.
- Develop and customize solutions Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Requirements:
- 5+ years of development experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central
- 2+ years of experience as an Technical Lead or Architect
- Proven experience of building architecture from scratch
- Experience with infrastructure of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Experience with integration Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Excellent problem-solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Upper-Intermediate English level
- Ukrainian language Advanced or higher
