We are looking for a Dynamics 365 – Service Engineer

You’ll make a difference by:

• Interacting with the end users on regular basis.
• Understand the issues faced by business users
• Work on the Service tickets / user queries raised by business users
• Provide user trainings to end users
• Log monitoring
• Work on change requests and bug fixes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues
• Dynamics 365 Environment monitoring and management.

Mandatory Skills:

• Interacting with the end users on regular basis.
• Understand the issues faced by business users
• Work on the Service tickets / user queries raised by business users
• Provide user trainings to end users
• Log monitoring
• Work on change requests and bug fixes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues
• Dynamics 365 Environment monitoring and management.

Preferred Skills:

• Certified Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer Associate
• Preferable experienced in advanced reporting using Microsoft Power BI, C#, SQL and Azure PowerShell scripting
• Project based experience in data migration/validation
• Understanding of Azure PaaS, Azure DevOps
• Understanding of ITIL process
• Azure logic Apps.
