Job Purpose
The E-Commerce Live Stream Host manages interactive and engaging live shopping sessions to promote and sell merchandise. This role focuses on delivering product demonstrations, applying sales techniques, and maintaining audience engagement to maximize conversions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct dynamic live shopping sessions to showcase and promote merchandise
- Present and demonstrate products in an engaging and informative way
- Maintain an interactive and exciting atmosphere to capture audience attention
- Apply upselling, hard selling, and soft selling techniques to drive sales
- Encourage viewers to purchase by showcasing product value, features, and exclusivity.
- Address audience inquiries in real-time to strengthen audience interactions.
- Track live stream performance, audience behavior, and engagement patterns
- Provide insights and suggestions to enhance sales approaches and content effectiveness
- Stay informed on e-commerce trends and platform features to improve live selling strategies
What You'll Need
- Prior experience as a live shopping host, e-commerce presenter, or event MC is preferred
- Experience in online selling, digital marketing, or audience interaction is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills with an engaging on-camera presence.
- Ability to adjust sales techniques and improvise while maintaining a structured approach
