Early Careers Recruiter

Imagine yourself in an environment that changes on a daily basis, where processes are still to be defined and where your ideas can form the basis of tomorrow’s Early Careers programs. We are looking for a Recruiter who will take ownership of Early Careers recruitment for Apprentices in Germany, Austria and Swizerland as well as Internships accross a scope of countries in EMEA. 

In addition, you will have the opportunity to collaborate on various other campus related and cross-functional projects. As part of the EMEA EArly Careers Team, you will play a pivotal role in building Tesla’s future talent pipeline. In this role, you will have the chance to collaborate closely with our first-class recruitment team which shares the common goal of building the best team for Tesla. 

• Take ownership of Tesla's apprenticeship recruitment program in the specific countries such as Germany, Austria, Switzerland etc
• Be responsible for Tesla's internship recruitment programme in EMEA and handle end-to-end intern recruitment for specific buiness areas
• Work with hiring managers to define intern candidate profiles and internship/apprenticeship descriptions
• Develop lasting internal relationships across a range of departments in order to ensure clear communication, smooth processes and great candidate experience
• Manage projects independently with minimal oversight
• Define, capture and report on metrics
