Job Summary

Job Description

This role involves participating in character display animation production, collaborating with programming, planning, and art teams to understand and implement requirements, and enhancing team animation quality. Responsibilities include understanding motion capture processes, using Motionbuilder for data processing and re-creation, and planning work in close collaboration with other teams. Candidates should have a solid foundation in art and color theory, a passion for games and film, and strong creative drive.
Must have:

1. Participate in character display animation production;

2. Fully communicate with the project's programming, planning, and art teams to understand requirements, accurately align, and achieve desired effects;

3. Help other team members improve animation quality;

4. Understand the motion capture process, use Motionbuilder to process motion capture data and perform secondary creation;

5. Develop work plans and collaborate closely with other teams.

Job Requirements

1. Solid foundation in art and color theory knowledge, animation major preferred;

2. Love games and film, have rich gaming experience, or have a strong interest in game development;

3. Have a strong desire for creation and be able to accurately express your design intentions.

Portfolio Requirements (upload as an attachment with your resume):

  • Design and drawing works. For still frame works, please submit common image formats (JPG/TIFF/PNG/BMP). Do not compress images too much to avoid affecting image quality. Please do not submit PSD project files with layers that are too large in volume;
  • For 3D works, please provide effect screenshots or videos. Please do not submit original project files;
  • For animation and sequence frame works, please submit common video formats (MP4/AVI/WMV/MOV). Video files can be appropriately compressed for output while ensuring image quality, to avoid excessively large files causing inconvenience in transmission.
