Job Description

The Ejecutivo de Cuentas Digital is responsible for the implementation, monitoring and administration of digital campaigns. Key responsibilities include participating in the development of tactical media proposals, requesting tracking from the Performics team, developing taxonomy, contacting suppliers, managing material acquisition, generating format specifications, registering and submitting purchase orders, monitoring campaign implementation, developing and delivering reports, and performing administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a strong understanding of digital marketing.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital media
  • Basic knowledge of platform loading (Advertmind or similar)
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables and Data Filters)
  • PowerPoint (preparation of executive-level presentations)
  • Intermediate/Advanced English
Good to have:
  • Management of digital platforms: Social Media
  • Business Manager Facebook and Twitter, Google Ads (YouTube) / programmatic buying

Descripción del empleo

Responsable del proceso de implementación, seguimiento y administración de campañas digitales.

Responsabilidades claves: 

  • Participar en la realización de propuesta táctica de medios (información de competencias y análisis de audiencia) y presentación al cliente para aprobación.
  • Solicitud de trackings a equipo de Performics.
  • Desarrollo de taxonomía(documento en Excel)
  • Contacto con proveedores, área de implementación y equipo administrativo (carga en sistema).
  • Verificar materiales, concretar tiempos de entrega y gestionar la adquisición de materiales (cliente/agencia creativa).
  • Generación de formato de especificaciones (Excel)
  • Registro y envío de órdenes de compra a medios externos y equipos de implementación de Publicis en el sistema.
  • Contacto con áreas internas (performics y programmatic) para dar seguimiento a las implementaciones del plan de medios.
  • Mantenerse al tanto de la negociación para realizar la compra de espacios.
  • Seguimiento a la implementación de la campaña, rendimiento, obtención de testigos, monitoreo digital y propuestas de mejora.
  • Desarrollo y entrega de reportes de acuerdo con solicitud de cliente. 

Administrativo

Realización de conciliaciones y cierre de órdenes de compra. (Con medios externos y equipos administrativos de Publicis).

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura concluida.
  • De 6 meses a 1 año de experiencia en medios digitales.
  • Conocimientos básicos de carga en plataforma (Advertmind o similares).
  • Excel medio/avanzado (Tablas dinámicas y filtros de Data).
  • PowerPoint (elaboración de presentaciones a nivel ejecutivo).
  • Nivel de inglés (intermedio/avanzado).

Deseable

  • Manejo de plataformas digitales: Social Media. (Business Manager Facebook y Twitter, Google Ads (YouTube) / compra programática.
