Employee Advisor

The Employee Advisor acts as the primary point of contact for employee experience matters, handling grievances, providing support, and ensuring adherence to policies. Responsibilities include intake of employee concerns, escalation to appropriate parties, and follow-up. The role requires collaboration with HR partners, line managers, and stakeholders to improve employee experience initiatives. This includes conducting employee roundtables, delivering training, performing eligibility checks for internal transfers, reviewing payroll data, and proactively educating employees on available wellbeing support. The ideal candidate possesses strong HR operations experience, excellent communication (English and German), problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle confidential information effectively while maintaining objectivity and resilience in challenging situations.
