Employee Experience & Adoption Specialist

We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our team as an Employee Experience & Adoption Specialist. In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping how our colleagues engage with digital workplace tools and services. You’ll be at the forefront of driving user adoption, enhancing digital employee experience (DEX), and delivering people-centric solutions that empower our workforce. If you're passionate about employee engagement, communication, and creating meaningful digital experiences, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Employee Experience (DEX)

  • Champion and continuously improve the digital experience of employees by identifying pain points, gathering feedback, and collaborating with technical teams to implement user-centric solutions.

Upskilling and Enablement

  • Design and deliver programs that empower employees to make the most of digital tools and services.
  • Communications: Develop and execute communication strategies to drive awareness, understanding, and engagement with digital workplace initiatives.
  • Change Management: Lead and support change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and high adoption rates for new technologies and processes.
  • User Adoption: Drive adoption of digital tools through targeted campaigns, training, and support tailored to different user personas.
  • Training: Create and deliver engaging training content and sessions, both in-person and virtual, to support digital literacy and tool proficiency.
  • Knowledge Management: Curate and maintain accessible, up-to-date knowledge resources that support self-service and continuous learning.
  • Tailored Consulting Services: Provide bespoke consulting to departments and teams to address specific digital adoption challenges and opportunities.
  • Event Support: Plan and support internal events such as webinars, live forums, and digital showcases to promote engagement and knowledge sharing.
  • Internal Engagement: Foster a vibrant internal community through social platforms, intranet content, and interactive forums.

People-Centric Solutions:

  • Partner with technology domain leads to ensure employee needs are embedded in the design and delivery of digital workplace products.
  • Contribute to requirements gathering, user journey mapping, user acceptance testing (UAT), and pilot programs.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to advocate for solutions that prioritize employee experience and usability.

Research and Analysis:

  • Define and track KPIs and CSAT metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital tools and services.
  • Analyse feedback and usage data to identify trends, inform improvements, and optimize steady-state operations.
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in employee experience, digital adoption, or change management roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital workplace technologies and how they impact user experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in training design and delivery, both in-person and virtual.
  • Familiarity with knowledge management systems and practices.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • Experience working in global cross-functional teams and managing third-party relationships.
  • Passion for people-centric design and continuous improvement.
