Adyen is a financial technology platform seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Employee Relations Specialist for a part-time role (30-40 hours/week). This position will support the employment legal and employee relations team by managing projects, building trackers, processing contracts, handling document management and collection, tracking compliance, and coordinating administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will discreetly handle sensitive information, organize documents properly, and facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners, working closely with HR and Legal professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Employee Relations Specialist (Part-Time)

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Management / Employee Relations Specialist. This role will support our employment legal and employee relations team by managing projects, building trackers, processing contracts, handling document management and collection, tracking compliance, and coordinating administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for discreetly handling sensitive information, organizing documents properly, and facilitating communication between internal teams and external partners. This position requires 30-40 hours per week, depending on capabilities, and offers the opportunity to work closely with HR and Legal professionals in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:

  • Project Management: Organize, manage, and track projects; ensure milestones are met; collaborate with stakeholders; create presentation slides; manage vendor onboarding and customization; systematize/automate processes; coordinate training, compliance, and logistics.
  • Contract & Document Management: Process Coupa Contracts, facilitate revisions, collect/organize litigation discovery and demand letters, track/label disclosures, transfer sensitive litigation data, upload case records, and ensure compliance.
  • Compliance & Tracking: Track/calendar litigation deadlines, follow up on law firm invoices, complete investigation audit workbooks, and assist with settlement agreement compliance.
  • Slide Deck Presentations: Assemble professional presentations.
  • Administrative Coordination: Schedule meetings, interviews, and depositions; facilitate Adyen/Hotline/Case Management Vendor integration; follow up with law firm administrators; and perform other administrative tasks.

Who you are

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality
  • Proactive and responsive to urgent requests.
  • Infrequent travel required for event coordination and management
  • Work from our NYC office one day per week
  • Coordination of logistics in NYC event location for training sessions, requiring in-person work multiple times/week for no more than 5 weeks/year 

Other details:

  • Technically proficient with Google Suite, slide development, case management tools, and administrative platforms.
  • 30 - 40 hours per week from our NYC-based office
  • Contract length: 1 year
