The End User Computing (EUC) Engineer provides timely and effective 2nd and 3rd line support to the growing user base. The role is primarily based in London, but may require travel to regional offices for on-site support. The engineer collaborates with first-line support, audio-visual teams, and infrastructure teams to deliver a comprehensive IT service. They also work closely with the program management office to execute change projects.
Job Details
The EUC Engineer is responsible for providing timely and effective 2nd and 3rd line support services to our growing user base. The team is largely based in our London campus, but may be required to travel to regional offices to provide on site support. The team works closely with first line, audio visual and infrastructure teams to provide a rounded IT service. They also work closely with the programme management office to deliver change projects.
