What You Can Expect

As an Endpoint Architect, you will be responsible for owning and managing the architecture, design, and implementation of endpoint management solutions across our organization. This role requires deep expertise in endpoint security, management, and integration with enterprise systems. You will work closely with Product Managers (PMs) and Engineering teams to identify and implement the best solutions that align with our business objectives. Your expertise in network and endpoint architecture and protocols will be crucial in optimizing network performance and ensuring reliable connectivity for all users.

About The Team

Zoom's Senior Engineers and Cloud Architects are responsible for all of Zoom internal infrastructure and operations. Enabling Zoom to to deliver customer happiness and enhancing business efficiency. Our impact is evident in seamless user experiences, streamlining processes, and supporting Zoom's growth in communication and collaboration.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in endpoint management, architecture, and integration.

Experience in Workspace ONE, extensive experience with VMware Workspace ONE for managing endpoints across different operating systems.

Experience in managing and deploying solutions across key operating systems, including Windows and macOS

Experience in endpoint security, including antivirus, MDM, malware protection, and certificate-based authentication.

Experience as a team leader, particularly in guiding and mentoring teams within a cloud infrastructure and enterprise setting.

Experience in the design, deployment, and management of endpoint hardware and software, including the latest macOS and Windows endpoints, tablets, and deployment strategies.

Experience working with cross-functional teams, with the ability to lead and influence industry-leading practices.
