Job Details
Minimum qualifications:

- Experience developing analyses to support decision-making in the energy/power industry.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in data analytics, with the ability to extract insights from data and drive data-informed decisions.
- Experience in collaborating with and presenting to executive leadership, and conveying complex information with excellent communication and presentation skills.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the organization's long-term energy strategy by developing frameworks and conducting analyses.
- Coordinate internal energy initiatives and programs, including project planning, execution, and performance tracking.
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and data warehouses to centralize and organize energy information for team-wide accessibility and analysis.
- Analyze energy portfolio data (load performance, supply chain, market trends), ensuring data quality and integration with relevant tools.
- Develop and deliver presentations to audiences (cross-functional teams, executives). Prepare regular performance reports, including reporting (e.g., Environmental Report) and responding to data requests.
