Job Description

NVIDIA seeks an Engineering Lab Technician in Taipei to assist R&D in repairing graphics cards, automotive parts, and servers. Responsibilities include PCB board rework, test platform setup (including WAT tests), component repair (chips, BGAs, connectors), and maintaining lab inventory. The role requires assisting engineers in setting up devices under test for system evaluations and performing chip re-balling and remounting. Proficiency in soldering, PC hardware assembly, and software installation is essential.

We are looking for Engineering Lab Technician in Taipei for PCB board rework and test platform setup. The role involves assisting R&D personnel in repairing related products such as graphics cards, automobiles, and servers, including the repair of electronic components, chips, BGAs, connectors, and other devices.

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Assist Engineer to setup DUT for system test,

  • Component rework on board in Lab.

  • Chip re-ball and remount on board in Lab.

  • Assist Engineer to setup test platform for WAT test.

  • Maintain the inventory of equipment and tools in Lab.


What we need to see:

  • Vocational school degree or Bachelor in EE, computer science, or relative majors.

  • 3 years’ experience or above in RMA or related position.

  • Familiar with soldering operation.

  • Familiar with PC hardware assembly and software installation.

  • Background with Linux O.S and Windows.

  • Basic English communication, email read/write skill is needed.
