Engineering Manager

• Lead the charge on achieving quarterly product goals, overcoming challenges for stakeholder satisfaction.
• Collaborate with your team to provide T-shirt estimates and a detailed delivery plan aligned with business needs and company strategy.
• Prioritize product delivery tasks, manage timelines, and align with stakeholder expectations.
• Measure and track delivery KPIs, ensuring alignment with strategic engineering objectives.
• Collaborate closely with product owners and stakeholders to ensure delivery aligns with the overall product vision.

• Identify and address process inefficiencies within product delivery, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Strike the right balance between process enhancements and continuous delivery, implementing change effectively across diverse groups.

• Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the product delivery team and cross-functional teams.
• Set goals, provide feedback, and evaluate team members' performance, supporting their growth and development.
• Successfully resolve conflicts and manage challenging situations within the team.
• Optimize resource allocation, ensuring the right people work on the right tasks for maximum efficiency.

• 5+ years working in a software delivery environment in a managerial capacity
• Deep understanding of the creative process and a passion for bringing creative ideas to life through technology.
• Knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC), focusing on managing creative product ideas.
• Minimum 3 year of experience as a Scrum Master for a cross-functional development team.
• Proficiency in refinement, story splitting, estimation, sprint planning, agile metrics, reporting, and other Scrum techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a decent understanding of technical concepts.
• Strong leadership skills with a history of leading through influence.
• Ability to make informed decisions, balancing product needs, team members, and senior leadership expectations.
• Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, inspiring and motivating creative delivery teams.
• Experience in promoting Agile values and principles.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and development for personal growth and team uplift.
• Ability to work effectively with remote or distributed teams.
