The Engineering Manager will be responsible for project planning and execution, team management, stakeholder and risk management, quality assurance, budgeting, and documentation. This includes developing project plans, coordinating resources, ensuring timely delivery, leading project teams, maintaining stakeholder relationships, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution
- Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.
Team Management
- Lead project teams and manage their performance.
- Provide direction and support to the project team.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Stakeholder & Risk Management
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third parties/vendors.
- Prepare and deliver regular project updates, reports, and presentations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure all deliverables meet the required quality standards and client specifications.
- Implement best practices in project management and quality assurance.
- Help and manage production level issues, provide demos and manage requirements calls.
Budgeting and Documentation
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation & contracts.
- Ensure all projects adhere to legal, regulatory, and company standards.
- Make sure resource allocation is optimized for project success.
