Adobe evolves AI ecosystem for transformative change. The ML Engineering Manager role focuses on large language models, generative AI, and advanced machine learning within Adobe Experience Platform

The Opportunity:

Lead transformative projects, implement scalable AI/ML architectures, enhance multi-agent communication, and streamline API integrations.
 

What You'll Do:

• Innovate, design, and implement next-generation AI/ML solutions passionate about multi-agent systems and seamless data integration across Adobe’s ecosystem.

• Collaborate alongside multidisciplinary teams that include data scientists, researchers, product managers, and software engineers to deliver projects that redefine customer success.

• Grow our AI/ML capabilities by hiring, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team of applied researchers, MLOps engineers, and AI experts.

• Lead project delivery—from ideation through completion—ensuring quality outcomes and continuous improvement in systems and team performance.

• Showcase innovative solutions across Adobe’s diverse teams and encouraging collaborative excellence throughout the organization

What You Need to Succeed:

• Qualifications: Advanced degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields. A strong academic background with at least 5 years in machine learning and 3+ years in leadership roles.

• Technical Expertise: Proven experience in building and deploying scalable ML models, especially in NLP applications interacting with data. Familiarity with MLOps, API design and cloud infrastructure is crucial.

• Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership abilities to guide teams from ideation to execution, coupled with strong communication skills to champion collaboration across functions.

• Hands-on experience with the newest generative ai agentic architectures.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java, along with experience using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and agentic frameworks.
