Engineering Technician

As part of the Silicon Solutions Team, we are responsible for productizing NVIDIA's chips into groundbreaking consumer, professional, server, mobile, and automotive solutions.

 What you’ll be doing:

• Set up x86 and NVIDIA SoC platforms and support the HW engineers with post-silicon testing and reworking
• Setup thermal solutions, oscilloscopes, and power measurement equipment to execute test plan on engineering systems that involve stress testing, functional testing, power measurements, etc. 
• Support HW engineers to collect data from large number of systems, verify logs, identify failures/marginalities/outliers and report to the function owner  
• Support to collect data/execute test plan for chip screening and fusing. Help to measure power and collect logs using DAQ/DMM 
• Basic scripting that includes modifying existing scripts where applicable 
• Ability to read schematics and layout basic skills for HW measurement. IO Interface Characterization experience preferred.

What we need to see:

• Diploma with 5+ years of experience in system level HW testing.
• Familiarity with assembly and testing X86/GPU based systems 
• Knowledgeable at executing tests under Windows and Linux environment 
• Understanding of test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscope, DAQ and DMM 
• Experience in silicon testing environment is preferred
