Job Description

Aristocrat Interactive seeks a dynamic English Customer Support Agent to provide prompt and professional support to players via live chat and email. Responsibilities include addressing game, promotion, account, and technical issues; resolving complaints; assisting with account verification (KYC); monitoring player feedback; collaborating with other departments (Safer Gambling, Fraud, AML, Payments, Marketing); staying updated on industry trends; and participating in training. The ideal candidate possesses excellent English communication (written and verbal – C1 level), problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle challenging queries with empathy. Experience in customer service (iGaming experience is a plus) and familiarity with online gaming platforms are essential. Shift flexibility is required.

Aristocrat Interactive is a leading international online gaming company looking for a dynamic and motivated English Customer Support Agent.

What You'll Do

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat and email.

  • Provide accurate information and support to players regarding games, promotions, accounts, and technical issues.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction with first contact resolution in mind.

  • Assist with account verification processes, including KYC (Know Your Customer).

  • Monitor and report on player feedback, suggesting improvements to enhance the player experience.

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Safer Gambling, Fraud, AML, Payments, and Marketing, to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery and protect customers from potential gambling harm.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, game updates, and company policies to provide informed assistance.

  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve service skills and product knowledge.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service related role (iGaming experience would be considered an asset but is not a requirement).

  • Excellent English communication skills, in both written and verbal (C1).

  • The ability to communicate in a professional and friendly manner, with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Extremely attentive to detail.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging queries with patience and empathy.

  • Familiarity with online gaming platforms and basic technical troubleshooting.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

  • Additional language skills are a plus.

  • Have a strong grasp of internal policies & procedures.

  • Raising the flag and suggesting improvements where needed.
