The Enterprise Account Executive will join a growing team in Sydney, Australia, covering the ANZ region. The role involves building and executing a territory plan targeting large enterprises, focusing on new business sales both directly and through channel partners. Responsibilities include multi-threading with C-level executives, crafting deals over $100k, and collaborating with SDRs, partner sales, and marketing teams. The position offers flexibility in work location. The candidate will be part of a team of 6 AEs split by vertical across commercial and enterprise accounts. The candidate will report directly to the VP of sales.
Must have:
  • 7+ years of experience in a full-cycle closing role
  • Experience handling and owning relationships with enterprise companies
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota

Responsibilities

We are looking for an exceptional Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing team in Sydney, covering ANZ. You will also be responsible to:

  • You'll be joining a team of 6 AEs, split by vertical across commercial and enterprise  accounts.

  • Reporting directly to our VP of sales, you'll build and execute a territory plan targeting some of the largest enterprises in ANZ.

  • You'll be almost wholly focused on new business. Both selling directly and with/through channel partners.

  • Along with our SDRs, partner sales and marketing teams you will multi-thread with C level executives across business units in your target accounts. Aiming to craft deals over >$100k.

  • You'll be based in Sydney with access to our Suntec office, but we'll trust you with total flexibility to work in the way that suits you.

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in a full cycle, closing role

  • Experience handling and owning relationships with enterprise companies

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota

Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics

  • First and foremost, you're a sales person.

  • You enjoy being in an evolving fast growing environment and you don't like to sit back enjoying the comfort of a large corporate.

  • You're a hunter, but not a lone wolf.

  • You know how to play as a team and how to craft large complex deals by pulling in colleagues who you've built trust with.
