Job Description

As an Enterprise Account Manager at Veeam, you will be instrumental in developing and closing business with major enterprise accounts across France, leveraging industry-leading solutions in cloud data management, ransomware protection, and digital transformation. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue targets, identifying and closing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with C-level decision-makers and IT leaders. You will also partner with various teams to drive pipeline and revenue growth, execute a consultative sales approach, and stay current on industry trends.
Must have:
  • Meet revenue targets in the Enterprise segment.

  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
Good to have:
  • Experience selling to large enterprise accounts.
  • Existing relationships within large French enterprise accounts.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.

As an Enterprise Account Manager at Veeam, you will be instrumental in developing and closing business with major enterprise accounts across France, leveraging our industry-leading solutions in cloud data management, ransomware protection, and digital transformation.

We’re looking for an Enterprise sales expert who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about driving transformational change in the data protection and cloud ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets in the Enterprise segment within the assigned French territory.

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with named enterprise accounts.

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with C-level decision makers and IT leaders.

  • Partner closely with Inside Sales, System Engineers, Marketing, Channel & Alliance Partners to drive pipeline and revenue growth.

  • Execute a consultative, value-based sales approach aligned to customer needs, leveraging solution selling techniques.

  • Engage in direct field sales and joint customer-facing activities with channel and strategic alliance partners.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account and opportunity plans to drive consistent pipeline and revenue.

  • Provide accurate forecasting and maintain detailed customer data in Salesforce on a timely basis.

  • Stay current on trends in Digital Transformation, including Cloud/SaaS adoption and Cyber Protection & Recovery.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)

  • Based in the Paris region or surrounding areas, with willingness to travel up to 50% within France.

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with a strong background in consultative, solution-based selling.

  • Proven track record of successfully selling to large enterprise accounts, preferably within the IT infrastructure, virtualization, data protection, or cloud software sectors.

  • Existing relationships within large French enterprise accounts and ability to establish new ones quickly.

  • Deep understanding of channel and alliance sales models, and experience working with VARs, Distributors, and Global System Integrators.

  • Experience using Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Knowledge of major sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Solution Selling.
