The Entry Level Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing market data, implementing pricing strategies, and predicting future market trends. This role involves close collaboration with product, sales, and marketing teams to develop and implement competitive pricing strategies. Responsibilities include coordinating R&D investment plans, collaborating with deployment organizations, assisting with business objectives, establishing KPIs, educating leaders on financial impacts, overseeing projects, and identifying best practices to streamline operations. Additionally, the analyst will create dashboards, monitor operational performance, track spending, ensure consistent reporting, communicate process improvements, lead special projects, and collaborate on KPIs.
Must have:
  • Minimum 3 years of Financial Analyst experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced computer software skills.
  • Ability to lead and direct multiple projects.
Good to have:

Our company is seeking a meticulous and experienced Pricing and Finance Analyst to help us remain competitive in the marketplace. The Analyst will be responsible for analyzing market data, implementing pricing strategies, and predicting future market trends. This role involves close collaboration with product , sales and marketing teams to develop/implement competitive pricing strategies.

Business Planning

  • Coordinate annual R&D investment plan aligned with capacity to fulfill

  • Collaborate with deployment organization to align supply with demand while achieving optimal delivery efficiency and revenue growth

  • Assist with the establishment of business objectives across product, development, deployment and operations

  • Collaborate with leaders to establish KPIs to ensure accountability and business success

  • Educate leaders on understanding how their organization impacts financials

  • Oversee cross-functional projects or initiatives including tracking, reporting and prioritization with minimal direction

  • Identify best practices and create processes to ensure accountability for success in the business while streamlining operations

Business Execution

  • Collaborate with development to create dashboards for reviewing key performance indicators

  • Monitor operational performance including revenue and expense management and identify areas of improvement to leaders

  • Track spend and execution of the R&D roadmap

  • Ensure consistency of support and reporting across product, development, deployment and operations

  • Continuous focus on identifying areas of process improvement and collaboration across multiple teams to execute

  • Communicate implementation of new processes in clear and concise manner

  • Lead and collaborate on special projects

  • Coordinate inputs for executive level meetings with owning timelines and deliverables

  • Collaborate with finance and HR to define, measure, track and develop action plans for operational and strategic KPI

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Minimum 3 years of Financial Analyst or related experience.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Advanced computer software skills.

  • Ability to lead and direct multiple projects simultaneously; ability to delegate work to team members

  • Results-driven and the desire to progress within the organization

  • Strong analytical skills, ability to see patterns, be a fast thinker and good decision-maker

  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and get work done through others

  • Exceptional ability to juggle multiple critical priorities and spot areas to improve efficiency and effectiveness

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle a demanding workload

  • Ability to work across various geographies and influence key stakeholders, partners, and executive leaders

  • Ability to handle sensitive matters

  • Teamwork and communication skills across multiple disciplines. 

  • Ability to quickly jump into new efforts and organize a team to work the problem.

  • Ability to work down to details given general guidance on key business objectives and technical goals and constraints.

  • Strong communicator with executive presence

  • Confident in managing up
