Job Description
GAMETEQ is a game producer and developer specializing in creating high-quality mid-core 4X strategy games for both mobile and PC platforms. The Environment Concept Artist will be responsible for creating elaborate and clear concept art, establishing the setting and mood of the game. They will develop concepts using 3D environment creation skills, participate in project life, and collaborate with team members.
Must have:
- 2+ years experience in game development.
- Expert proficiency with Adobe Photoshop (or similar programs).
- Excellent understanding of design and related principles.
- Knowledge of 3D modeling packages.
- Ability to find solutions in unusual situations.
- Ability to listen to feedback and improve.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Desire to grow personally and professionally.
- Proficiency in Russian language.
- Portfolio of work.

- Creating elaborate and clear concept art while establishing the setting, tone, and overall mood of the game
- Developing concepts using 3D environment creation skills: natural landscapes, architecture, and interior elements
- Participating proactively in the life of the project and developing the idea of the game together with the team's members
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working in a similar role in game development
- Expert proficiency with Adobe Photoshop (or similar programs)
- An excellent understanding of design, lighting, anatomy, composition, perspective, sizes and proportions, architecture, and color theory
- Knowledge of 3D modeling packages
- The ability to find solutions in unusual situations
- The ability to listen to feedback and use it to improve
- Excellent communications skills
- A desire to grow, both personally and professionally
- Proficiency in Russian language
- A portfolio
