JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an Environmental Art Designer to join our growing design department responsible for developing, defining, and executing innovative brand experiences for the FIFA World Cub 26™ Official Hospitality program. Working alongside project managers, production partners, and the leadership team, the Art Director will be skilled in defining the visual and spatial hospitality experience and seeing this through completion in 2026.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Deliver exceptional brand design and consistent visual direction across physical and digital mediums ranging from small to large scale environmental graphics, FF&E selections, and a variety of experiential moments that define various levels of a premium hospitality experience start to finish
Design and manage 2D and 3D visualizations, mood boards, key art, renderings, and any technical drawings required to communicate design intent
Translate the brand guidelines into a visual identity within physical environments
Present design concepts clearly and confidently
Take projects from concept to execution with minimal supervision
Ensure brand standards are maintained at the highest level by both internal and external teams and vendors
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
Develop strong and collaborative communications with internal teams and cross functional partners, fostering an inclusive and inspiring team environment
Address sustainability considerations through design considerations and material choices
WHO YOU ARE
Highly motivated, self-starter, and future design leader with a passion for craft and visual storytelling within physical spaces
Strong environmental design portfolio showcasing modern, fresh, and impactful brand systems that are visually inspiring and beautifully executed
Strong Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, and AutoCAD skills are a must
Strong understanding of branding, spatial planning, and user experience
Ability to inspire and lead design aesthetics, trends, and best practices
Strong communicator and collaborator, both verbally and visually
Calm under pressure, consistent, detail oriented, and solution minded
Experience and passion for sporting events and event production
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing a high volume of work under tight deadlines
Agency, brand, or events experience preferred
GOOD TO HAVE
Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Bilingual or multilingual proficiency
Knowledge of FIFA regulations and standards

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.
