Mattel is seeking an Equipment & Facility Engineer to join its team in Chang An District, Dongguan, China. The role involves managing and maintaining the company's equipment and facilities to ensure optimal operational efficiency and safety. Responsibilities will include preventative maintenance scheduling, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, overseeing facility repairs and improvements, managing vendor relationships, and adhering to safety regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of engineering principles, experience in facility management, and excellent problem-solving skills. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring collaboration with various teams to ensure smooth operations.
