Manages and supervises all aspects of line maintenance and ensures all work is scheduled and performed in a safe and efficient manner.
Supervises maintenance staffs, which includes making employment decisions, reviewing performance, addressing escalated issues , generating assignments, and setting priorities.
Provide technical assistance in installation and maintenance of company equipment.
Perform equipment upgrades per requirements, analyze equipment malfunctions and failures and accordingly develop corrective actions.
Develop improvements to enhance equipment capability and able to initiate the projects.
Develop preventive maintenance procedures to reduce equipment failures and new equipment purchasing specification and perform acceptance test and completed buyoff report.
Working together with maintenance team, process engineer, production, MQA, MQE for maintain and improve key BBSC of manufacturing. Focused on business results and continual process improvement.
Able to driving improvement projects for Equipment, Repair & Maintenance or even process improvement.
Proven project management abilities (scheduling, contingency planning, budget tracking, expediting).
Comfortable leading and facilitating team activities.
Conform the OS&H requirement at work station of Equipment & PM group and work with HR, management and other professional personnel to minimize the influx of such factors.
Represents Line Maintenance to identify and address material obsolescence issues with other functional departments such as Quality, Procurement, Engineering, and other departments as necessary to resolve issues
Ensures processes and procedures are established, maintained and followed within the Safety, Quality, Material, Repair, and Administrative functions of the Line Maintenance Station
Flexible and adaptable approach to work with quality mindset concepts.
Ability to articulate options in a concise way and job assignment required by manager and a structured and disciplined approach to work.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent,
10+ years of experience in the area of semiconductors or related.
Understand the semiconductor assembly process.
Demonstrate problem-solving, process improvement and negotiation skills.
Must be able to communicate well with cross-functional team members and able to collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
Good in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) and knowledge in engineer analysis tool ( Minitab , fish bond , FTA , why-why and etc..)
Passion for working under pressure, flexibility, and a good personality are preferred.
Converse fluently in written and oral English.
End of line process (Mold/ deflashing/mark/saw/PnP and equipment maintenance capability are advantages
