Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented Equipment Support Specialist  to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all casino equipment, from installing and testing to cleaning, maintaining, and monitoring performance. You'll play a key role in keeping our equipment available 24/7, from roulette wheels and shuffle machines to deck checkers and tables.

Duties

  • Install, clean, change and regulate simple equipment;
  • Perform equipment tests;
  • Ensure preventive equipment maintenance;
  • Monitor equipment performance, make assessments and make decisions about needed actions;
  • Ensure equipment availability 24/7;
  • Report equipment related issues;
  • Roulette wheels cleaning/maintenance;
  • Shuffle machines cleaning/maintenance/exchange;
  • Deck checker cleaning/maintenance;
  • Tables’ inspection;
  • Cards/equipment transportation from storage and back;
  • Organize equipment utilization;
  • Monitor climate on gaming floors and storage;
  • Monitor and track equipment in stock; 
  • Cooperate with other departments; 
  • Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications;
  • Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves and other absences. Replacement takes place during working time, and it is not considered as additional work.

  • The employee is responsible for proper, high quality and timely execution of his job obligations. 
  • Being at work consistently and on time, following instructions and responding to management direction;

Rights:

  • Request the manager to provide timely and accurate job assignments and to secure necessary resources for execution of job responsibilities and tasks;
  • Provide the manager proposals for work improvement.
     

Qualifications

Execution of job duties requires:

  • Secondary education;
  • Good knowledge of English (both written and spoken);
  • Good computer competence and good knowledge of MS Office products;
  • High sense of responsibility;
  • Ability to maintain assigned tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Ability to work in team as well as independently;
  • Quick reaction and attention to details;
  • Ability to cope with pressure;
  • Ability to handling confidential information;
  • Motivation to achieve companies targets; 
  • Ability to work different shifts;
